The IAALNI uses the information you provide us when becoming a member only to complete the member registration process. We may use return email addresses to answer the email we receive; however, such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. The IAALNI will never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described in this paragraph without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. The IAALNI reserves the right to use your non-identifying aggregate member information to provide our webmaster with information that is useful in creating new features and content for the site. Furthermore, the IAALNI may perform statistical analyses of member behavior on an aggregate basis in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the website.  Moreover, the IAALNI reserves the right to share your information with organizations affiliated with the IAALNI (i.e., RN Market, LNC Firm, LNI Institute) and temporary attorney members looking for legal nurse consultants without your permission. Finally, the IAALNI will never disclose your name, e-mail address, street address or phone number to third parties not Affiliated with the IAALNI without your consent except as may be required by law, such as a court-ordered subpoena, search warrant, or other court order; or required by exigent circumstances.
